The CBA is home to outstanding future business leaders with the skills, knowledge and experience to help companies reach the pinnacle of success in their respective fields. With this in mind, the college offers employers access to a variety of services and resources that will help them meet their recruiting goals and aid in the continued growth and prosperity of their businesses.

For employers seeking part-time workers/interns, we encourage you to participate in our internship program. The college posts more than 450 internships annually, and works closely with companies to fill those positions with talented candidates who possess diverse employment, academic and cultural backgrounds.

CBA also utilizes several online programs and services to help companies find the best match for their employment opportunities. UICCareers.com is a site used to post and access internships, part-time positions and full-time positions; manage on-campus interviews and access the university's resume service.

The college's Corporate Discovery Program makes the business community more accessible to CBA students, while enabling participating companies to meet prospective employees and promote their business to a captive audience. The program includes student visits to local companies, which feature activities such as: presentations by alumni employees, guided tours, question and answer sessions with company representatives, and a discussion of available employment opportunities.
