The College of Applied Health Sciences, Office of the Dean is seeking a Director for Administration and Academic Affairs to work in collaboration with the Associate Dean for Administration and the Dean. The Director will be responsible for the administration of academic affairs, management of the PhD Rehabilitation Concentration program, space and facilities initiatives. Responsibilities include providing oversight and management of the P&T process, develop college procedures for academic affairs, manage the policy, curriculum, admissions and advising component for the PhD Rehab program, direct project management of space allocation and remodeling initiatives. The ideal candidate will have advanced written and spoken communication skills, a demonstrated capability as a writer and comfortable with multiple cultures and diverse approaches to problem solving. Master's degree in health science, health administration, education or a related field and 5-7 years experience in higher education required.
