UIC Department of Psychiatry: Visiting Project Coordinator

Department of Psychiatry, University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), seeks full-time Visiting Project Coordinator for grants and contracts office. Responsibilities will include grants/contract management, pre/post-award activities, budget development, electronic grant submissions/extensions/renewals, subcontract processing, reconciliation, and sponsored project close-outs. Knowledge of state contract agreements and governmental funding policies is highly desirable.

Experience with BANNER software preferred. Excellent writing, organizational, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) needed. Masters preferred in health, management, or communications-related discipline. Bachelors acceptable with strong experience/background.

Two to five years experience required coordinating research and/or service projects, preferably in a university setting.
