I am accessing my voicemail for the first time, what should I do?
To set up voice mail, press the messages button and follow the voice instructions. Use your default phone password "112233" to enter the system. You will be able to reset your password and record your greeting.

How do I check my messages if I am away from my phone?
You may call your phone from any other phone. When your recorded greeting begins, press the "*" button. You will prompted for your 5-digit campus extension number followed by your phone password.

My phone password is not allowing me to access my voicemail.

How do I set incoming calls to go directly to my voicemail?
Press the "CFwdALL" softkey on your phone. Enter in extension 8-4286. All incoming calls are now going directly to your voicemail. Pressing the "CFwdALL" softkey on your phone disables call forwarding.

If I call someone and get her voicemail, how do I bypass her greeting so that I can immediately leave a message?
Once the person's greeting begins playing, press the "#" key on your phone.

How do I transfer a call?
Step 1: Press the more softkey and then press the Trnsfer softkey. This places the call on hold.
Step 2: Dial the number to which you want to transfer the call.
Step 3: When the dialed number rings on the other end, press the Trnsfer softkey again, or when the party answers, announce the call and then press the Trnsfer softkey.
Step 4: Hang up if the party accepts the call. If the party refuses the call, return to the original call by pressing the Resume softkey.

How do I make a conference call?
Step 1: During a call, press the Confrn softkey. This selects a new line and places the other party to whom you were speaking on hold.
Step 2: Place a call to another number by using the dial pad to enter the digits of the other party to include on
the conference call.
Step 3: When the call connects, press Confrn again to add the other party to the conference call.
