How to obtain your MAC Address:

Windows Users: Click on Start | Run. Type "cmd" into the field (minus the quotes). This will bring up your windows command prompt. In the command prompt, type "ipconfig /all" (again minus the quotes). The MAC Address is the 12-character "Physical Address" in XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX form.

You will need to recreate any speed dials for your Softphone client that you currently have configured on your VoIP phone by logging into your Cisco CallManager User Options Log On page:
