About the Academic Advising Summits

The Academic Advising Summits offer ongoing training to undergraduate academic advisors and counselors in units across campus. To help support the mission of academic advising on campus, the advising summits provide academic advisors and counselors with updated information about academic programs, policies, and services as well as the opportunity to meet and discuss issues with colleagues in other offices. The program is the outgrowth of the Enrollment Impact Committee, a campus-wide group that reviews issues related to the retention of undergraduates.
