Search Limited Submission Opportunities
Types of Deadlines
Frequently, there is not much time available between the release of a program announcement and a sponsor's deadline. To address this, whenever possible OVCR will start the selection process for popular reoccurring programs before the sponsor releases the updated announcement. These competitions are flagged as “Anticipated” and will reference the prior deadline and program guidelines. This frontloaded process gives the selected UIC faculty more time to prepare a final proposal.
Any change between the old and new program announcement will be dealt with administratively when possible. Faculty submitting material for internal competitions with “Anticipated Deadlines” do so with the knowledge that program information is subject to change.
Internal Deadline refers to submissions to OVCR. Sponsor Deadline is the final date for a submission to the sponsor. |
