Chancellor's Committee on the Status of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Issues

Request for application for UIC LGBT research grants

The Chancellor's Committee on the Status of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Issues (CCLGBT) is pleased to announce the 2008-2009 UIC LGBT research grant program. LGBT research grants provide strategic support for innovative LGBT research and scholarship of national significance at UIC. Applications for grants will be accepted from all disciplines, as long as the focus of the research and scholarship is on LGBT populations or issues.

Three types of awards are available:

  1. Graduate or Post Doc Research/Scholarship
  2. Faculty Research Awards
  3. Faculty Pilot Awards

Deadline is 4 p.m. January 20, 2009.
