Match Requirements: Higher Education grantees must provide 50 percent of the total cost (Corporation Share + Grantee Share) of carrying out the program. UIC is not limited to the number of submissions as long as the activities described in each application are distinct. Nevertheless, whenever possible, an applicant should try to synthesize ideas in a collaborative effort instead of submitting multiple applications that compete with each other. In cases where a consortium submits an application, the members of the consortium remain eligible to apply separately, as long as activities described in each application are distinct.
