NIH - Developmental Centers for Research on Complementary and Alternative Medicine: Phase II (DRCII) [U19]Program SummaryThe purpose of the DCRC II awards is to further the development of CAM research expertise and infrastructure in those institutions that received DCRC awards. Only participants in Developmental Centers for Research on CAM (DCRC; PAR-03-046) awards are eligible to submit applications for DCRC II awards. The applicant organization for the DCRC II need not be or have been the awardee institution for the prior DCRC, but must be or have been a DCRC participant institution. Applications may include, in addition to DCRC-participant institutions, other eligible institutions that did not participate in the original DCRC award, provided that 1) the institutions have a demonstrable track record for productive collaboration with the applicant; and 2) the application includes a partnership between an eligible CAM institution and an eligible conventional institution.
