Securing Foundation Support During a Time of Recovery - Presentation

Larry McGill, Senior Vice President of Research at the Foundation Center will discuss what foundations throughout the country are doing to address the recession and how colleges and universities can best work with economic recovery efforts underway in their communities. The web conference will include data on foundation funding trends in higher education over time and will provide guidance for how institutions can better focus their grantseeking efforts. Some commentary on the general funding outlook for 2009 and 2010 will also be included. The Foundation Center has been at the forefront of providing online coverage of foundation activity relating to the economic crisis.

- Login or if a first-time user, click on Register with us.
- Select Course Catalog from the menu bar on the left.
- Under General Research find the workshop/course/event of interest and click on the title.
- Click on Grants Resource Center Virtual Workshop:2009
- Find the section called Securing Foundation Support During a Time of Recovery.
- Click on Enroll.
