Completing
the Letter of Intent and Proposal
Information Page
Instructions
- Do one of the following:
- If you are a new user,
go to the CDMRP
web site and register for a username and password.
- If you are a returning user, go to the CDMRP
web site and login.
- Under My Proposals, do one of the following:
- To create a new proposal, click Generate
New Proposal Information. On the next page, click Select next to the appropriate research program.
- To edit an existing proposal, click Select next to the proposal's name.
- Complete the fields under Letter of Intent (Part 1) and Proposal Information (Part 2).
- Enter Luis R. Vargas, awards@uic.edu under Contract
Representative from the Sponsored Programs Office Who Is
Authorized to Conduct Negotiations.
- To copy the departmental business manager or someone else in your department
on correspondence from the DOD, enter his or her name and email address
in the Designated Assistant Identification section.
- Do one of the following:
- To save a draft of this page, click VERIFY & SAVE at
the bottom of the page. You can continue completing the fields or return
at a later time to
finish entering your information.
- When you are finished editing the page and are ready to move on to the
next stage of the submission process, click VERIFY & SAVE.
Then, click
SUBMIT FINAL.
Note: The Proposal Information Page must be submitted as FINAL to
allow the submission process to continue.
- Return to the submission guidelines and move on to Stage II.
