Editing Forms
Because text is entered into Microsoft Word form fields, editing of text directly on the forms may be difficult. Follow the instructions below for editing your entered text in ACC/IBC forms.
Step 1 |
Unprotect the document (found under Tools or Review/Restrict Editing in menu bar). |
Step 2 |
Highlight entire text requiring editing |
Step 3 |
Copy text and choose Paste Special (found under Edit or Home in menu bar); Select Unformatted Text; Edit your text as necessary |
Important: Once you have unprotected your document, do not protect again. Doing so will cause you to lose all information you have entered into the form. |
