New ACC Forms
New versions of ACC forms are now available. Changes to forms were made as part of the annual review of all ACC forms, policies and guidelines to ensure that the UIC Animal Care and Use Program is in full compliance with all federal regulations. Changes reflect the following:
- Elimination of requests for redundant information
within the forms wherever possible;
- Additional instruction within
the form to aid investigators in addressing some form questions,
and
- Elimination of some formatting problems with the pervious versions. As always, investigators are strongly encouraged to use the most recent version of the forms available in preparing protocol applications to the ACC.
All new forms are available on the ACC web site. Acceptable version numbers are listed below:

Any new protocol application that is submitted on older versions of the
