ARRA ORS Submission Process - Revisions
If you are contacted by your Program Officer and asked to revise your application’s aims and budget, please complete the following steps:
- Submit revised documents (i.e., aims, budget, budget justification) to ORS:
- Electronically – submit via email to awards@uic.edu with “STIMULUS FUNDING - Revised Budget/Aims” in the subject line.
- Hard copy – submit documents to ORS along with a completed Request for Action Form (RFA). Please be sure to indicate the RFA is related to ARRA funding.
- If your research involves human subjects, please look at the IRB submission and meeting deadline dates to ensure that you allow appropriate time for IRB review and approval.
- If your research involves animals, and the specific proposal has not been matched to an existing approved ACC protocol, please see the ACC website under ARRA Stimulus Funding Requiring ACC Approvals or contact the ACC office to discuss requirements for ACC approval for your proposal and the timeline required to secure approval.
