Morning Session: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Afternoon Session: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Please note that there will be two sessions. Please be sure to indicate on the registration form which session you wish to attend (the afternoon session is a repeat of the morning session). Transportation from the hotel to the computer lab, which will be held on the UIC campus, will be provided.

Seminar Fees

Early registration (October 15, 2007 – March 31, 2008): $300

Late registration (April 1, 2008 – June 9, 2008): $375

eRA Commons Computer Lab (October 15, 2007 - March 31, 2008): $75

eRA Commons Computer Lab Late Registration (April 1, 2008 - June 9, 2008): $100

Cancellations and Refunds

Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before April 30, 2008. Cancellations submitted on or before April 30th are refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for registrations completed after April 30, 2008 unless you have a medical emergency in which we must receive a written notice. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the close of the seminar; no refunds will be issued before the start of the seminar.
