Early registration (January 12, 2010 – April 19, 2010): $175
Late registration (April 20, 2010 – May 20, 2010):
$200
Cancellations and Refunds
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before April 1, 2010. Cancellations submitted on or before April 1st are refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for registrations completed after April 1, 2010 unless you have a medical emergency for which we must receive a written notice. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the close of the seminar; no refunds will be issued before the start of the seminar.
