Deadline for Submission The last date for submission of white papers is August 30, 2003.This will allow papers to be posted on the webpae and available for review by participants prior to attending the workshop. Format All submissions have to comply with instructions to allow uniformity in the format, making it easy to post on the workshop webpage. Additionally, you might have to fill the reprint approval form and the copyright transfer form.
