       The Help files of B34S have been substantially improved as               
       part of a major improvement in documentation that is on-going.           
                                                                                
       Version 8.11E is the current release of b34s.                            
                                                                                
       On the Windows platform b34slf95.exe was built with the Lahey 7.2        
       compiler and uses the IMSL library version 4. b34sia32.exe was           
       built with the Intel 11.1 compiler and uses the IMSL Library             
       version 4.                                                               
                                                                                
       On Linux, the Lahey LF95 compiler is used and links with version         
       4 of the IMSL library. All current versions of B34S use version          
       5.01 of Interacter subroutine library.
