One of our SchlrPAC subscribers asked:

	In all honesty I have recieved neither d!ck nor squat from Sn
since they fscked up the shipment for Fort last spring. The last version
of Slowlaris I received was 10/00, for which I had to b!tch and moan. They once
sent me a new release every 3 to 6 months without my having to ask. I should
have at least two 2001 releases to send you, but apparently I have not been
enough of a pain in Sn's @ss to qualify for the products to which I am 
entitled. I'll go bark up Sn's tree again and see if they will throw me a bone,
but as I last yelled at them about our compiler licenses over a month ago and
have heard only "we're working on it", I don't expect much.

The real problem is that Sn seems to have redesigned their business plan to
create a situation where each of their clients needs an FTE dedicated to being
Sn liason just to get the time of day.

I'm sorry if this is a bit harsh. I'm completely fed up with Sn, and any
mention of them sets me off. You just happened to be in front of my exhast vent.
