The first phase of the project was to add a 10' x 12'
cedar screen porch to the East side of the back of the house. The
second phase (still underway) is to tear off the greenhouse (we will re-attach
it in 2002 to the west side of the to-be-added garage), pur a new 12' x
18' floor (with radiant heat) where the old back porch, greenhouse and
back door used to be, and then add cedar cathedral construction around
that, hopefully matching the house, which is circa 1974 modernistic construction.
Here is the screen porch, in March 2001 (we were aided by plenty of snow
over Spring break) and again in September.
