Mastracci, Newman, and Guy Emotional Labor Paper is Lead Article in ARPA

6/2006: Mastracci, Newman and Guy's emotional labor research on performance appraisals appears in the summer edition of the American Review of Public Administration (ARPA) as the lead article. Nonstandard Work Arrangements research wins Best Article Award from ROPPA
