Comments Regarding Schedule:

·        The schedule is subject to change with prior notice.

·        My due dates are different from those of the Graduate College. You must adhere to the dates I have set, not those set by the Graduate College. If you do not turn material in when I have specified, your stipend will be withheld.

·        Please make sure to bring the material required for each RTL Meeting. When I say bring your abstract, the abstract you bring should be as polished as possible. DO NOT COME IN EMPTY HANDED!

·        Because some of your papers are in the early stages, while others are more advanced in their work, deadlines and material due may change from one student to the next. If I tell you to do something different during our individual RTL Meeting, follow what I tell you to do and not what is in the schedule.

RTL Meeting Schedule:

·        As part of your SROP Contract, you are required to meet with the RTL once a week.

·        If you fail to meet with me during your scheduled time AND bring in the material due, you will not receive your stipend.

·        I will hold office hours once a week on Thursdays from 1:00 to 5:30 (except for July 27 – RTL moved to July 25).

·        Each student will select a 30 minute block to meet with me. Once you have chosen your set time, it cannot be changed.
