And, where were YOU when absolutely nothing happened at Midnight on January 1, 2000? At least I had enough sense to have plenty of beer, as we blew up Barney the Dinosaur for Y2K. Now, I keep getting asked, "What did you stock up on that you are trying to return to the store now?" I stocked up on beer; now I have too much. THIS is a problem???

In this photo, an impromptu committee of neighbors shovels out the alley from the big January 2, 1999 snow so we can get our cars out of the garages, because we know its the only way it will get done.
